Dietary Requirements

Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the venue's ability. Individuals with severe allergies are requested to advise the Conference Secretariat, Conlog, prior to Minerals Week 2026 of their requirements, and bring any allergy medication (EpiPen, Phenergan, etc.) as prescribed by your doctor to conference sessions and any associated function/s. Whilst due care is taken by the organisers and venue, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.

Accommodation

Minerals Week 2026 is holding accommodation rooms at Hotel Realm, Burbury Hotel, Little National Canberra and The Brassey Hotel.

All bookings are subject to availability. Credit card details are required to secure your booking.

The closing date for all bookings is Friday 20 February 2026. Bookings made after this date will be on request with the hotel, subject to availability and conference rates may not apply.

All payment for accommodation and incidentals will be charged at check in/out at the hotel.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

 

If you do not require accommodation, please select the checkbox 'No accommodation required' and click 'Next'.

 

How to Search

Step 1: Enter your required check-in and check-out dates from the drop-down list.

Step 2: Select 'Search' to see the available accommodation options and total anticipated cost as per room description. Click on the drop down arrow to the right of each room type for room description and rate inclusions. 

Step 3: Select 'Book Room' for the hotel of your choice.

 

To organise accommodation outside the dates provided, please specify your additional dates required in the 'Special Requirements' box. All special requests are subject to availability.

The hotels included here have been booked as part of a group block. All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing to Conlog at minerals@conlog.com.au.

    Standard rooms offer cosy heritage accommodation designed for a single traveller or couple. In room features include bathroom with walk in shower, reverse cycle heating/cooling, mini fridge, Foxtel and digital TV channels. Rest well in a queen size bed or two single beds with complimentary parking and unlimited Wi-Fi. Bedding configuration can be requested but not guaranteed. Maximum 2 guests.

Cancellation policy and refunds
All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to minerals@conlog.com.au. 

1. Any changes to your registration or optional bookings are to be emailed to minerals@conlog.com.au. 
2. If you are unable to attend the conference after submitting your registration, you are able to transfer your registration. Please advise all changes to minerals@conlog.com.au. 
3. Cancellations made before 23 February 2026 will receive a refund less a $100.00 per person administration fee.
4. Cancellations made after 23 February 2026 will not receive a refund (transfers available).
5. Refunds will not be given for non-attendance at the conference.
6. Accommodation and airline cancellations are the responsibility of the delegate.

We will communicate with delegates by email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours please check your spam inbox or contact Conlog via minerals@conlog.com.au. 

Conditions of entry
The MCA may require bags/coats/umbrellas to be checked into cloakroom facilities. 

  • Attendees shall not bring with them items which may have the potential to cause injury or nuisance. 
  • Attendees must display a Minerals Week 2026 name badge at all times during the event. 
  • Attendees causing a disturbance or refusing to comply with these requests from the MCA or contractors will be removed from the room and may be denied entry to future MCA events.

Code of conduct during the event
Attendees of Minerals Week 2026 are obligated to treat all other attendees with respect, adhere to the ethical code of conduct, and not to use abrasive, offensive or profane language.

Photography and videography
By registering for Minerals Week 2026, attendees consent to be photographed and filmed throughout the conference, Parliamentary Dinner and Reception.

Data processing consent
Information necessary to your attendance at Minerals Week 2026 will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Legislation.

Payment

All fess and costs quoted are GST inclusive. Tax invoices will be issued following receipt of registration.

Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted. Credit card payments can be made online or over the phone.

All payments are processed through NAB Transact.
