COVID-19 border closures

If you are prevented from travelling to or from Canberra due to border closures, you will be able to participate in Minerals Week 2021 online. If you choose not to take up the online option, you may either receive a refund of your registration less an $99 administration fee, or transfer your delegate registration to another person. Please contact Conference Logistics on 02 6281 6624 or email minerals@conlog.com.au should these circumstances arise.

COVID-19 health compliance statement

Delegates will be asked to comply with the MCA’s COVID-19 Safety Plan by certifying to the following upon arrival at the Hyatt Hotel Canberra and Parliament House:

  • I have not experienced symptoms of fever, fatigue, difficulty in breathing, dry coughs or exhibited any other symptoms relating to COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
  • I have not, nor have any member(s) of my household, travelled by sea or by air internationally (with the exception of New Zealand) or visited a COVID-19 hot spot within the past 30 days.
  • I have not, nor have any member(s) of my household, been diagnosed as having the COVID-19 virus within the past 30 days.
  • I am fully and personally responsible for my own safety and actions during my time at Minerals Week 2021.

If you display any symptoms of fever, fatigue, difficulty in breathing, dry coughs or any other symptoms relating to COVID-19 please do not attend Minerals Week 2021. Your ticket is transferable. Please contact Conference Logistics on 02 6281 6624 or email minerals@conlog.com.au


CHECK IN CBR app

Delegates are strongly encouraged to download the ACT Government's official Check In CBR app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store before attending Minerals Week 2021. This will facilitate your arrival at the Hyatt Hotel Canberra and Parliament House.
